IBIS Hotel Leuven Centrum

We have made a block booking of 25 rooms at the IBIS Hotel Leuven Centrum for SEC2025.  The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Leuven at Brusselsestraat 52, near the Grote Markt (Grand Place), the 15th century Saint Peter's church (with works by the Flemish master Dirk Bouts) and the Oude Markt (Old Market, "Europe's largest beer bar"). We have obtained the following special room rates per night for the weekend 13 - 15 June: 

- Single room: 138.5€ per night

- Double room: 153.5€ per night

Rates include breakfast and city tax and the rooms can be cancelled up to one day prior to arrival. To book your room, please email IBIS at  h1457-re@accor.com .  You will need to quote the conference booking code. You will receive this booking code in the conference registration message, after registration. 

It is also possible to book an extra night on Sunday 15 June at the same rate. Please mention this in your email to the IBIS booking centre. 

Other Hotels

• Other centrally located hotels include Pentahotel Leuven, Theatre Hotel Leuven Centrum, M-Street Art Lodging (self check-in), and others.  
• Boutique hotels with history are: Begijnhof Hotel and Martin's Klooster.  Begijnhof Hotel is located in the Great Beguinage. It is close to the conference dinner and within walking distance of the conference venue.
• There are also several hotels close to the railway station. The walk to the conference venue and the city centre are a bit longer from here, but still feasible.
