Deze week is het een Belgisch getinte “Nieuws Uit De Ruimtevaart”, maar we beginnen met twee lanceringen: een Russische Rokot en een Chinese Lange Mars. Deze laatste was – na de eerste lancering van een Lange Mars 6 – opnieuw de eerste vlucht van een nieuwe raket.

De onlangs gelanceerde Galileo-satellieten doen het goed en worden nog verder getest o.a. vanuit het Belgische Redu. Er is meer nieuws uit het navigatiewereldje, met o.a. ook het Belgische Septentrio. 

Meer Belgisch nieuws is er over de OUFTI-cubesat, en van het Space Application Services. Het Belgische Newtec tekent drie nieuwe contracten en professor Wuyts onderzoekt (o.a.) Russische kosmonauten.

Na nog wat ISS-nieuwtjes is er aandacht voor een interessante ruimtevaarttentoonstelling in Londen.

In het (inter)planetaire nieuws o.a. de verjaardag van de Indische Marssonde, opnieuw verrassende Pluto-foto's en nieuwe ontdekkingen van Rosetta.

Afronden doen we met een fillmpje over de recentste Falcon 9-test.

China lanceert met Lange Mars 11 opnieuw een nieuwe raket. En brengt drie cubesats in een baan om de Aarde.
