Een gevarieerde ruimtevaartweek werd het. Beginnen deed het met een lancering van een Japanse militaire comsat. Starliner en Dreamchaser stelden de Commercial Crew/Cargo programma’s weer in het daglicht. Met mogelijk nieuwe vertragingen in het Commercial Crew verhaal. De Japanse HTV vertrok bij het ISS en begint met een tether-experiment. En ESA lanceerde zijn eerste SmallGEO.

Na nieuwtjes van Orion/SLS en het gesjoemel met Proton-motoren is er de Google Lunar X Prize, China dat een maanbodemmonster gaat ophalen dit jaar, gevolgd door het overige (inter)planetaire nieuws.

Na wat bijdragen over satellieten en ruimteweer, en het wekelijks stukje over Trump en ruimtevaart ronden we met de brand in de Apollo 1-capsule, nu vijftig jaar geleden.
