Twee lanceringen deze week, maar die van SpaceX ging (weer) met de meeste aandacht lopen. En dat was te wijten aan het in gebruik nemen van de zgn. Block 5 versie van de eerste trap. Wat meteen de definitieve versie moet worden. Het is de versie die ook veilig genoeg moet zijn om mensen te gaan lanceren. En bij ULA zijn ze stilaan bezig met het ontwerp van de Vulcan-raket te finaliseren. De keuze voor de motor van de eerste trap blijft voorlopig nog open staan. De nieuwe NASA Administrator heeft nog eens bevestigd dat Amerika terug naar de Maan gaat (en dat ze Mars niet vergeten zijn). Het spannendste uit het (inter)planetaire nieuws is ongetwijfeld de keuze van een mini-helicopter voor Mars2020. Het interessantste was wellicht de nieuwe ontdekkingen rond het aardmagnetisch veld. En op het einde nog een wijze raad. Mochten er ooit twee mannen in zilverfolie aan de deur aanbellen .
