Nieuws Uit De Ruimtevaart – Week 2018/44– 413

Of het iets met de tijd van het jaar te maken heeft – Allerheiligen en Allerzielen – weet ik niet, maar net nu laten twee NASA-sondes het afweten. Zowel bij Kepler als Dawn is de brandstof op. Het einde kwam dus niet onverwacht en de twee hebben meer gedaan dan er van verwacht werd.

De oorzaken voor de falende Soyuz-lancering zijn gekend, alsook die voor een mislukte lancering van het Chinese Landspace.

Ondertussen kijken we uit naar de op komst zijn de landing van de Amerikaanse InSight op het Marsoppervlak.
