Nieuws Uit De Ruimtevaart – Week 2019/46–466

Commercial Cargo, de bevoorrading van het ruimtestation door commerciële capsules, begint aan zijn tweede ronde. Ondertussen nadert het bemande broertje, Commercial Crew, zijn ontknoping. Een tijdje geleden kende SpaceX een flinke tegenslag toen een Crew Dragon capsule ontplofte. Boeing en NASA liggen nu onder vuur omwille van extra geld dat Boeing gekregen hebben. Boeing ligt al langer onder vuur omwille van de vele vertragingen in de ontwikkeling van het Space Launch System. NASA moet weldra een bemande maanlander gaan kiezen.
