Registration EVS 2019

This is the registration page of EVS2019, September 14-15 at public observatory MIRA, Grimbergen, Belgium.

The registration fee is 40 Euro for the full conference (2 days, Saturday and Sunday) and 25 Euro for a single day (Saturday or Sunday)

The registration fee includes access to the conference and the respective coffee breaks as per the program.

Members of the VVS and MIRA will get a reduction of 50% of the registration fee, hence they pay for the full conference 20 Euro and for one day 12.5 Euro.

Your registration is only complete after payment of the amount to bank account IBAN BE64 4115 0424 0152 (BIC KREDBEBB) of 'Vereniging voor Sterrenkunde vzw, Kapellebaan 56, B-2811 Leest, Belgium',  with mention  "EVS2019". 

Deadline for registering to the conference without presentation is August 1, 2019.
Deadline for contributions to the conference program is June 15, 2019
