Registration for EVS2019
This is the registration page of EVS2019, September 14-15 at public observatory MIRA, Grimbergen, Belgium.
The registration fee is 40 Euro for the full conference (2 days, Saturday and Sunday) and 25 Euro for a single day (Saturday or Sunday)
The registration fee includes access to the conference and the respective coffee breaks as per the program.
Members of the VVS and MIRA will get a reduction of 50% of the registration fee, hence they pay for the full conference 20 Euro and for one day 12.5 Euro. We will forsee a cold lunch to be taken at MIRA observatory. Prices will be communicated to the ones registered.
Friday evening we would like to organise a get together for those already arriving. We plan to get together at the restaurant FENIKSOF next to MIRA.
Saturday evening we will organisae a conference dinner. We have also chosee restaurant FENIKSHOF. Dinner will be approximately 60 Euro incl. drinks (except strong alcoholic beverages).
You need to specify on the registration page your choices to participate in the dinners and lunches during the course of the conference.
