Before you start the registration process, here is some important information regarding the definition of a "guest" that the participant is allowed to bring.  The guest option allows the participant to bring a maximum of one person (free of charge) to the opening reception, the paid optional conference dinner and one of the two paid optional visits (the Stella Artois brewery or the Carillion).  However, a guest is not entitled to a seat at any of the conference presentations, coffee breaks or lunches.  If the "guest" wishes to attend the presentations, lunches and coffee breaks, he or she is not a guest and should register as a participant.

Confirmation message: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email requesting your payment. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the confirmation message.

This is the preferred method of payment. Note that if you use Wise International Money Transfer, you can make a bank transfer with minimal charges.

Please include the full name of the person registering in the reference field. Please note that any bank charges will be at your expense so that we receive the net amount in our account. Your registration is not complete until payment has been received.
